A simple technical solution to enhance wood‘s properties is the three-layer lamination method. By gluing wood layers at right angles, a simple, less stable wooden board transforms into a modern supermaterial, out-performing conventional options.

The process to make profits.

Step 1: Dry boards are precut in the SPEEDLINER and simultaneaously surface-planed.

Step 2: An automatic sorting machine selects and stacks the perfect blanks for each layer. 

Step 3: In the SPEED COMPOSER, suitable wood strips are glued together.

Step 4: They are then precisely laid in the laying line and permanently bonded in the three-layer press.

Step 5: The SPEEDFILLER detects inclusions on the wood surface, fills and smoothes them.

Step 6: In the final step, all panels are sanded, cut to format, and sorted.
