The concept
The casting machines, which are mounted on the TURNTABLE rotary table system from Fill, are rotated using a central center bearing in the individual stations.
The following operations can be performed here, either fully automatically oder manually:
- Die cleaning
- Loading of the core packages and cover cores
- Pouring of the molten aluminum
- Solidification process during the rotation cycles
- Casting removal
- In-feed and removal station for the casting machines
