The casting is placed onto the lower part of the tool; this can be carried out manually or by robot. There it is positioned by means of levelling cylinders and an integrated position measuring system.
The hydraulically operated upper part of the tool moves onto the casting, which is fixed in place with the integrated hold-down devices. The cutters on the tool shear off the burrs to be removed from the casting. The casting can now be removed. According to requirements the automatic change of punching tool types can be effected during loading and unloading.
Burre are discharged underneath the deburring press.
As required the TRIMMASTER PRESS STEEL can be operated as a standalone machine or in combination with several machines.
