Our tempering & testing station was specially developed for the automated analysis and quality assurance of particle foam components. The modular system combines different measuring methods - including ductile systems, image processing, temperature and laser scanner technology - to create a flexible overall solution that can be adapted precisely to your requirements.
A 360° analysis is possible thanks to the optional rotation function. The intuitive CYBERNETICS evaluation software from Fill enables seamless recording and evaluation of all test data in real time. Whether manual operation or fully automated operation - our solution is as individual as your production processes.

The concept
The measuring systems can also be integrated into tempering and drying ovens to analyze the geometric behavior of the component during the tempering or drying process or for quality testing of the components.
Depending on customer requirements, the components can be inserted into and removed from the system either manually or fully automatically.
The CYBERNETICS software solution developed by Fill offers the user a wide range of evaluation methods and analysis functions.
