For TELESERVICE, the Fill Service Team is at your disposal from MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 7:00 TO 16:00 CET and on FRIDAY FROM 7:00 TO 12:00 CET (except on Austrian public holidays).
Use the service notification to inform us of your concern and enable us to process it quickly and efficiently.
Once you have submitted your service notification, the service coordinator initiates the troubleshooting process. Our software specialists support this process.
With a fee-based service agreement, you can take advantage of our SERVICE HOTLINE WITH EXTENDED HOURS. For further information regarding the service agreement, please contact the Fill Service Team.
