SYNCROMILL X
The machining center
The Fill machining center SYNCROMILL X represents a unique, very cost-effective and innovative machine concept.
The concept
A dual-spindle principle facilitates the machining of plane-parallel components, synchronously from two sides with different tools. At the same time, the processing unit carries out operations in the main feed directions X / Y / Z. It facilitates extremely efficient, space-saving, economical production of complex components.
Equipment with a 4th and 5th axis is also possible.
As well as short chip-to-chip times, the tool magazine positioned above the processing unit also enables tool loading during machining operation.
The SYNCROMILL X can be interlinked with upstream or downstream processes and adapted to meet specific customer requirements. Component-specific clamping fixtures and conveyor systems may also be used.
