The concept
In the intelligent machine concept of the SYNCROMILL Q, two or three machining spindles are arranged horizontally to each other on a mobile three-axis unit. A fourth axis enables variable workpiece positioning, thereby allowing a wide variety of different machining operations to be covered. As well as short chip-to-chip times, the laterally positioned tool magazine also facilitates excellent accessibility.
The SYNCROMILL Q is available as a single (Q21 / Q31) or a dual machine (Q42 / Q62).
