The concept

The variable positioning of the rotary table (A-/B-axis) allows a wide range of different machining operations to be covered. As well as short chip-to-chip times, the laterally positioned tool magazine also facilitates excellent accessibility. 

The SYNCROMILL D can be interlinked with upstream or downstream processes and adapted to meet specific customer requirements. Workpiece-specific clamping fixtures and conveyor systems may also be used.  

The SYNCROMILL D is available as a single (D11) or a dual machine (D22).
