The decoring machine
The SWINGMASTER 500 is a unique Fill decoring machine for the automated decoring of heavy and largs castings up to 500 kg total weight. The SWINGMASTER 500 is a machine that operates according to the swing principle for a targeted sand removal process.
Two extrmely powerful eccentric shafts generate a force in the direction of swing. This causes the casting clamping fixture to start vibrating. Enormous acceleration forces pulverize the crushed sand core inside the casting and transport it out of the cast part.
Acceleration levels of over 150 m/sec² with a 500 kg payload guarantee minimum cycle times and the highest levels of cost-effectiveness. In addition to the optimal decoring position, the rapid servo rotating unit moves the cast parts into the best position for transporting the sand away. This ensures the minimum amount of residual sand with the highest degree of process reliability.
The Fill SWINGMASTER 500 can be operated as a standalone machine with hammer module or in combination with several machines and a separat hammering station, as required.
