The concept

Run-through procedure 

A feed system ensures a fully automated transport of the ski through the entire machine, with the tip pointing forwards. 


  • Electronic sanding pressure for 5 effective ranges 
  • General change in the sanding pressure possible in % 
  • Stepless belt oscillation with contactles belt-edge control 
  • Stepless belt oscillation with belt-edge control  
  • Pneumatics + central lubrication built into own medium cabinet 
  • PLC control with clearly laid out touch operating unit built into the control cabinet 

Machining programs 

In programs, all important data for the machining of the respective skitype, and the associated sanding parameters are freely configured and stored. 



  • High flexibility by a call-up facility of all the important settings for a ski type 

  • Optimal sanding performance through optimal coordination of belt speed and sanding pressure 

  • Short set-up times since manual change-over to other types, lengths or widths and belt settings is not necessary and all that is needed for a change-over from standard to twin tip skis is a change of program 

  • Optimising the sanding belt it can be adjusted to required process quickly and safely using the built-in sander equipment 

  • Machine material feeding either manual or fully automatic 

  • Wet cell through a partition between processing and drive areas
