The concept

Run-through procedure  

A feed system ensures a fully automated transport of the ski through the machine, with the tip pointing forwards. 


  • Electronic grinding pressure for 5 effective ranges 
  • Fully automated compensation of the grinding stone diameter 
  • Dresser unit with various dressing variations 
  • Special dressing program for new stones 
  • Automatic cleaning of grindstones, incl. high pressure stone cleaning system 
  • Latest Generation of a PLC control with clearly laid out operating unit built into the control cabinet 

Machining program 

In this program, all important data for machining the respective type of ski and the corresponding grinding data can be put together and stored as required. 


  • High flexibility by a call-up facility of all the important settings for a specific ski type 

  • Optimal grinding performance through coordination of grinding stone and grinding speed and grinding pressure and trimming grinder 

  • Short set-up times since no manual change-over to other types, lengths or widths is required. Only one program change is required to switch between standard and twin-tip skis 

  • Machine material feeding either manual or fully automatic 

  • Wet cell through a partition between processing and drive areas
