The band saw
The high performance Fill SPEEDLINER B band saw opens up new dimensions in sawing technology. High cutting speed and high advance speed reduce the cycle time for processing. The modular design allows simple adaption to the workpiece that are to be produced. Due to the revolutionary sawing concept, maximum tool service lofe along with highest levels of quality and accuracy can be achieved.

The concept
Variant 1:
The sawing aggregat is fix mounted, a robot guides the parts to the saw band.
Variant 2:
The sawing aggregat is mounted on servo-controlled axis. Thus the SPEEDLINER B can be moved and be rotated in X-, Y- and Z-direction. The workpieces are swivelled into the machining zone over a NC-round table.
Kerfs as narrow as 1.4 mm ensure the highest levels of cost effectiveness.
Servo-controlled drives enable ultimate sawing precision, even for the narrowest of cuts. Combined with the highest level of production performance, your success is guaranteed.
