SPEEDLINER 920-750 HYBRID
The bandsaw
The high-performance, fine-cutting SPEEDLINER 920-750 HYBRID bandsaw from Fill combines the highest degree of precision with capacity and flexibility in the production of lamellae for gluelam, multilayer board, and solid wood components.
The concept
The sturdy construction of the SPEEDLINER 920-750 HYBRID allows high output with consistent precision to be achieved on a sustained basis. High-precision saw bands from various manufacturers may be used for wet and dry cutting.
Workpieces (gluelam, boards, etc.) are guided on a high-precision transport chain and divided into strips by a horizontal fine-cutting bandsaw module. Kerfs as narrow as 1.3 mm ensure the highest levels of cost effectiveness.
Depending on individual requirements, Fill SPEEDLINER bandsaws may be operated as freestanding machines or as a multi-head system with several in-series, automated modules.
Servo-controlled drives enable ultimate sawing precision with extremely narrow kerfs. Combined with the highest production rates, your success is guaranteed.
