Run-through procedure
A feed system ensures a fully automated transport of the ski through the entire machine, with the tip pointing forwards.

- 2 cutting units with precision cutter spindle and motor drive
- Incl. motorized adjustment of the milling depth for constant inlet and outlet of the milling depth
- Incl. motorized adjustment of the milling height for repeatable adjustment of the milling pattern height
- Incl. motorized adjustment of the milling angle for dynamic repeatable adjustment of the side angle
- Solid bearing of the copying roller on both sides
- Soundproofed base frame
- Latest generation of PLC control with clearly laid out touch operating unit built into the control cabinet

No set-up times since no manual change-over to other types, lengths or widths is required; Replacement of milling heads with a few turns of the hand

Variable milling pattern due to swiveling milling cutters that give each ski individual side shape (milling heads available as option) Three milling angles and length of zone assigned to each side face (for example, 15°- 5° - 15° possible)
