Rotary table system for foam processing
Fill supplies complete systems for particle foam processing, regardless of the temperature control technology.
This can be variothermal or steam-based. The number of stations depends on the required production capacity. In the system configuration, we focus on flexibility with maximum system utilization.
The change of molds and mold carriers is usually cycle time-neutral.
The concept
Chain, friction wheel or central drive concepts are available, which are tailored to customer requirements depending on the field of application.
Stationary mounted rollers handle the weight of the load. This robust design avoids dirt accumulation on the running surface of the rollers.
Precise positioning is achieved via incremental position measuring systems and servomotors.
The molds / mold carriers are either permanently mounted on the rotary table or can be changed fully automatically via a manipulation system.
