The production system for small particle foam components is specially designed for the manufacture of small components that are to be produced in large quantities. A high degree of parallelism of the mold clamping plates and their rigidity enable the production of high-precision components.

The concept
The variothermal molds are heated and cooled with powerful temperature control units. The molds are filled volumetrically or gravimetrically into the open mold using articulated arm robots by means of a highly accurate dosing system, as is the removal of the finished components. An optional vibration unit can be integrated to ensure consistent distribution of the material in the mold. If required, the system can also be equipped with a standard filling system for dosing into the closed mold.
