High-precision components with inserts
The production system for large particle foam components is specially designed for the production of large, thin-walled sandwich components with inserts. A high degree of parallelism of the mold clamping plates and their rigidity enables the production of high-precision components.
The concpet
Precise guides and high rigidity of the base frame and mold fixing platens result in a high degree of parallelism. The variothermal molds are heated and cooled with powerful temperature control units. Possible inserts are inserted using articulated arm robots, as is the removal of the finished components.
