LOW PRESSURE CASTER B
The low-pressure casting machine
The LOW PRESSURE CASTER B is a low-pressure casting machine for the production of high-quality aluminum castings.
The concept
When the pressure is applied, the molten metal rises through a riser pipe from the holding furnace into the die, where it solidifies. The die opens and the casting is ejected.
The variable-speed hydraulics offer low noise emissions as well as large savings in energy costs.
The Siemens S7 controller ensures simple operation and transparent data output of the machine and casting controller.
