The concept

At Fill, the GRIND PERFORMER combines all processes in the area of fettling & grinding of iron castings. Customised solutions are developed according to customer requirements. The system concept of the GRIND PERFORMER is developed according to customer requirements. 

A wide range of variants are possible, for example

  • Component in robot gripper or on fixed clamping (depending on component weight)
  • Robot with quick-change system for changing different machining tools
  • Robot stationary or on external axis
  • Components positioned on rotary table or fixed
  • Various special solutions in combination with other FILL technologies, e.g. decoring machines or optical inspection systems

The GRIND PERFORMER can be operated as a stand-alone machine or in combination with several machines as required. The components are fed into the GRIND PERFORMER manually or automatically.
