Universal, space-saving & efficient
The SYNCROMILL D machining center represents the best solution for applications involving high-precision machining of large-volume gigacast workpieces, such as e.g. front and rear underbodies, battery trays, structural vehicle parts, or tailgates. These workpieces have become particularly important in recent years.
The variable positioning of the rotary table allows a wide range of different machining operations to be covered. The tool magazine positioned above the machining area allows a short chip-to-chip time as well as a flexible number of machining tools and geometries.
The SYNCROMILL D can be interlinked with upstream or downstream processes and adapted to meet specific customer requirements. Workpiece-specific clamping fixtures and conveyor systems may also be used.

Quality Inspection

A key component of a production system is the assurance of the quality. Depending on customer requirements, both an optical inspection and a leak test can be carried out and their results can be analyzed and evaluated.
Brushing and deburring establishes technical cleanliness. These important process steps make the workpieces ready to install. The quality inspection is completed with the final measurement.

The flexible machining system

For optimum yield, we define the use of highly flexible, driverless transport systems (FTS) as well as robot or portal solutions. Retooling for the implementation of future components is already taken into account in the system concept.
The machine is designed according to customer-specific requirements.
