The concept
After casting and cooling, the cast parts are fed manually or fully automatically into the raw part processing.
There, further handling is fully automated with robots. In raw part processing, the castings are pre-decored, decored, and risers and sprues are sawn. Depending on the configuration, component tests and milling operations can be carried out.
