COREREFINER
The core deburring machine
The Fill COREREFINER is a study deburring machine adapted to the harsh foundry environment for sand cores and core packages for all common core types. The burrs resulting from the core shooting are easily removed by a blasting rain of organically grown rapeseed, leaving the rest oft he sand core undamaged.
The concept
The sand cores are fed into the core refiner either manually or automatically.
The blasting material is transported upwards into a tank from where it is metered and allowed to drop through a narrow curtain. The cores are moved manually or by robot through this curtain and the burrs are removed from all sides.
The drop height of the blasting material and the transport speed of the cores can be adapted to the requirements, allowing the intensy of deburring to be individually set. The grain size and material of the shot can be adapted to the core type.
The COREREFINER can be operated either as a standalone machine or in combination with several machines, as required.
Features
- High flexibility
- No program modification (teach-in) necessary at core changes
- Superficial burrs can also be removed
- Manial or automatic loading possible
- Suitable for both small and large-volume cores
- Low investment and operating costs
