The Austrian machine engineering company takes overall responsibility itself for even the most complex automation processes. Competence from a single source - this guarantees the customer a decisive competitive advantage.

Success through innovation

Numerous innovations in recent years are largely responsible for the success of Fill Machine Engineering. For example, the newly developed "low pressure caster" that provides casting, cooling and ergonomic operation in a reproducible process, resulting in high-quality aluminum castings. Or the new fettling cell for iron castings. This exceptional deburring system sets new standards in the fettling of iron castings.  Its field of application is the decoring, grinding and deburring of iron cylinder heads. A patent application has been filed by Fill for this innovative deburring technology. The first fettling cell will be produced in 2011 as a reference project for a renowned German car manufacturer. Further requests for quotation have already been received for this new technology.
