For the first time the twin-spindle machining center will be presented at the AMB 2022 in Stuttgart from 13 to 17 September 2022.
Dynamics, process reliability and efficiency are the most important success criteria for the newly developed SYNCROMILL C21-63/1500 Fill machining center. Extremely compact dimensions of 4.9 x 4.8 m, an extremely large working area of 1,500 x 1,200 mm and the shortest chip-to-chip times of 2.0 seconds are just some of the highlights of this machining center. The focus is on aluminium structural components and extrusion profiles.
The flexible machine concept of the SYNCROMILL C21-63/1500 enables the efficient implementation of a wide range of machining tasks. Due the use of intelligent clamping concepts, the workpieces are machined very economically and reliably.
