Apprenticeship graduation ceremony for the Fill stars of tomorrow
On April 26, 2024, 22 young skilled workers walked across a red carpet and stars bearing their names to the "Walk of Fill - Season 2024" in the Future Dome. This event celebrated the successful completion of apprenticeships and the outstanding achievements of the young talents.
The gala evening for around 130 guests began with a video presentation featuring many memories of the apprenticeship period. After the welcome address by CEO Günter Redhammer, Philipp Heißbauer, Team Leader of Apprentice Training, found very personal and appreciative words for each individual when presenting the Fill certificates.
"By successfully completing their apprenticeship, our young employees have taken the first step in their career at Fill. The "Walk of Fill" is a celebration at which we honor their great achievements in a festive setting."

Other highlights of the event included a breathtaking slackline show by Moritz Purer and a gala dinner in the Future Dome. The Fill stars ended the evening together with their proud families, the management and the apprentice trainers at the bar in the Future Dome. Some guests even ventured onto the big stage late at night and had a lot of fun singing karaoke.
