The stage is set for our star apprentices
On Friday, April 10, 2026, the Future Dome became a star-studded event venue. At this year’s Walk of Fill, we celebrated the successful completion of our apprentices’ training—with a red carpet, applause, proud families, and an atmosphere that more than did justice to the special achievements of the 18 young skilled workers.
Throughout their apprenticeships, our young colleagues have studied diligently, worked hard, gained valuable practical experience, and developed into true professionals in their respective fields. With great dedication, perseverance, and ambition, they have demonstrated their immense potential. The successful completion of their apprenticeships marks an important milestone in their professional careers.
An evening full of excitement and highlights
At the Walk of Fill, our newly certified skilled workers were given a special spotlight. CEO Andreas Fill welcomed the approximately 130 guests and praised the graduates’ achievements. Philipp Heißbauer, head of the apprenticeship program, presented the Fill certificates and had very personal and appreciative words for each and every one of them.
Together with families, friends, and everyone who has supported our apprentices along the way, this special achievement was celebrated in style. Highlights of the evening included a three-course gala dinner, an emotional photo presentation featuring numerous memories from the apprenticeship, and a rousing percussion show by the “Drum-Stars,” which generated excitement and gave everyone goosebumps.
The stars of the evening rounded off the festive celebration in a relaxed atmosphere at the bar in the Future Dome, together with their proud families, company management, and apprenticeship trainers. The Walk of Fill 2026 impressively demonstrates just how much potential lies in an apprenticeship—and how important well-trained young professionals are for Fill’s future.
