Big stage for the apprenticeship graduation
With a red carpet, stars for the evening's main performers and around 130 guests, the successful completion of the apprenticeships of our new skilled workers was celebrated in the Future Dome on Friday, 25 April 2025. The 21 young talents and their outstanding achievements took centre stage at the event.
Over the course of their apprenticeships, our young colleagues have really stepped on the gas, learnt and worked hard, gained valuable experience and developed into true professionals in their apprenticeships. They have demonstrated their potential with great commitment, perseverance and ambition. The successful completion of their apprenticeships marks a major milestone in their professional careers.
Our young skilled workers were brought before the curtain at the ‘Walk of Fill’. Managing Director Günter Redhammer welcomed the guests and the team leader for apprentice training, Philipp Heißbauer, presented the Fill certificates, finding very personal and appreciative words for each individual.
Together with their families, friends and all those who have supported the newly qualified skilled workers on their way to completing their apprenticeship, the evening was a time of exuberant celebration. Other highlights of the ‘Walk of Fill’ included a three-course gala dinner, fascinating magic shows by amazing artist Gerry and karaoke singing, which was great fun late into the night.
