Construction work on the Power Cube is almost complete
With the opening of the new Hair4you beauty salon and the Gurten physiotherapy practice, the fourth of five construction phases has been completed on schedule. The pub should also be ready for occupancy by the end of the year.
Fashion, Beauty & Style
After a very challenging final sprint for all professionals and a no less strenuous relocation over the weekend, we are delighted that Hair4You's fantastic new hair and beauty salon has been completed on schedule. The intensive planning in advance and the selection of equipment and materials were not only extremely constructive, but also very informative. We now know the intricacies of a “Gerlach Jupiter pedicure cabinet,” an “Ionto Clow Solution reverse needling station,” and a “Welonda Belluna washing system.” We greatly underestimated the incredible number of hair dye, hair care, and hair cleansing products needed in a hair salon.
After just a short time, everything is running smoothly. Numerous customers have found their way to the new premises and are delighted with their stylish hairstyles, youthful complexions, and silky smooth feet. A warm welcome to Michaela and Angelika Pillichshammer and the Hair4You team!

Physiotherapy Gurten
The rooms of physiotherapist Patrick Manhartsgruber, who moved into his practice in the Power Cube in May, are light-filled and very appealing. The experienced therapist has extensive experience in rehabilitation after orthopedic and trauma surgery and attaches particular importance to providing intensive professional advice on posture and movement problems.
The adjacent studio is equipped with the appropriate equipment for his patients' exercises. In addition, Manhartsgruber also offers physiotherapy care for patients in the fields of neurology (e.g., stroke) and internal medicine (respiratory therapy, diaphragmatic mobilization, etc.). From after-work beers to DJ events
After a short summer break, the professionals threw themselves into the final stage of the Power Cube's expansion with renewed vigor. "If everything goes according to plan, the new pub in the roof level should be ready to move into by the end of December. Now it's just a matter of finding the right tenant and developing a joint concept. Our goal is to create a location that offers an exceptional program to a wide audience throughout the year," explains Andreas Fill.
When it came to the kitchen equipment, furnishings, and sound and lighting technology, the greatest emphasis was placed on quality, timeless design, and maximum flexibility. From a relaxing after-work beer with colleagues, a cozy get-together with friends, cool clubbing, or a DJ event in the roof garden: everything will be possible in this venue. A variety of indoor and outdoor seating options invite guests to linger. Whether at the bar, at the “regulars' table,” in the lounge furniture, or at tables and benches for dining - everyone will find their favorite spot.
Highlight lounge area
The lounge area can be transformed into a dance floor in just a few minutes, where 609 individually controllable LED lamps perfectly showcase the dancers' moves. When the powerful subwoofers start to make the room vibrate, high tech meets high touch. This is a motto that Fill has been committed to for years, both within the company and at events, with a great deal of heart and passion.
The final completion of the largest construction project in the company's history is to be celebrated in style in spring 2026. There's no question where this party will take place: at the new pub, of course!
