All the necessary process steps - from cutting to length,
machining through to welding, grinding and assembling -
can be mapped in these systems.

WELDING SYSTEM FOR FORMWORK FRAMES

Efficient, precise, fully automatic

The pre-processed aluminum profiles are conveyed into the system, measured and fed to the welding station.

While a robot inserts all the individual parts of the formwork frame into the device, two welding robots carry out their tasks on the other side of the turntable.

One robot removes the finished frames, then the weld seams are checked and reworked manually if necessary.

The inspected frames are stacked on pallets.

GRINDING SYSTEM FOR FORMWORK FRAMES

Flexible solutions for individual tasks

The finished stacks of welded formwork frames are transported into the system, separated by robots and aligned on a straightening table.

Four 3-axis grinding units grind and brush the weld seams at the corners before a robot transports the formwork frames to the surface grinding station for further processing.

After a visual inspection, the formwork frames can be reworked manually if necessary. Another robot then removes the frames and stacks them on two rotary tables.

Maximum precision and reliability

The formwork frames and formwork panels are placed manually in the loading/unloading area on the rotary table system, centered in relation to each other and clamped.

The formwork frames rotate into the first station for drilling and riveting the formwork panel to the frame. A linear gantry with mounted drilling and riveting unit drills the  required holes in both components and rivets the panel to the formwork frame.

The frames rotate into the second station to seal the joint. A further handling unit with mounted dosing technology  now automatically seals the gap between the formwork  frame and the formwork panel. The advance gap measurement using a camera ensures optimum dosing of the sealing material.

The operator then removes any excess material  and removes the finished formwork frames in the loading/unloading area.

PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR CEILING SUPPORTS

Highest quality & performance

The insertion and upright tubes are produced in parallel on
two separate lines.

A robot unstacks the pipes from the transport containers. The individual processing steps - such as shrinking, thread rolling, welding on the base and cover plates, etc. - are carried out in separate stations. The pipes are transported to the next station using a cycle system.

After assembly, the finished individual tubes are completed
with various components such as nuts and locking brackets
and stacked in layers.

Intelligent use of synergies

The SPEEDLINER high-performance thin-cutting band saws combine maximum precision and performance when cutting top and middle layers.

Fill's laying systems ensure the reliable pre-configuration of large and small-format formwork panels for the press.

Versions with rod middle layers and frames can be produced automatically using automatic nailing machines.

SPEEDFILLER repair systems detect defects on formwork panels and repair them fully automatically.
