A worthy birthday reception
On July 16, 2024, company founder Josef Fill celebrated his 85th birthday. Employees and family surprised him with a small reception to mark his special day.
"Being able to celebrate your 85th birthday in good health is the best birthday present you could wish for. I'm very grateful for that," says Josef Fill, delighted with the warm welcome and the numerous congratulations from the hundred or so guests who joined him in toasting his health.
When Josef Fill and his wife Marianne arrive at the company, they are greeted by a brass ensemble of employees playing the "Josef Fill March". The Fill family is waiting at the main entrance to officially wish him a happy birthday.
Around a hundred well-wishers have arrived for the small reception in the Future Dome. Among them are the team and division managers as well as employees who have already been with the company when Josef Fill was there, and also some younger people from the jubilarian's immediate circle.
On behalf of the entire Fill team, Andreas Fill congratulates his father and thanks him for laying the foundations for the company almost 60 years ago with great courage and a pioneering spirit. A company that today offers more than a thousand people not only a secure job, but also the basis for a comfortable life.
