Spooky costumes and high spirits at the autumn festival
On October 17, 2025, this year's apprentice autumn festival took place under the motto “Halloween” – and it was really colorful, loud, and above all, fun!
From witches and killer clowns to the creative “trainer busters,” everything was there. Our apprentices showed once again that they are full of ideas and enthusiasm, not only in their everyday working lives, but also when it comes to celebrating.
Highlight Beer Pong Table
To get into the Halloween spirit, the apprentices transformed the holodeck into a real chamber of horrors. With imaginative decorations, spooky lighting, and light effects, the room was turned into a party location. One of the highlights of the evening was definitely the beer pong table, which provided the guests with great entertainment and unforgettable moments.
The fall festival was a complete success: creative costumes, fun games, a lively atmosphere – and above all, lots of team spirit. Our apprentices have once again proven that an apprenticeship at Fill is much more than just training. Team spirit, motivation, and genuine cooperation are at the heart of it all. With passion, commitment, and heart and soul, our young talents have shown what makes our company special: apprenticeships are truly lived at Fill.
