The 6th Employer Branding Forum by CORE smartwork
At the Fill Future Dome in Gurten on Thursday, November 9, 2023, everything revolved around "Genius & Madness - the dark and the light side of the digital universe".
The program of what has become one of the most renowned HR events in Austria included keynote speeches by experts from science and business. Around 280 participants - including company owners, HR managers, executives and people who want to improve their understanding of the working world of tomorrow - were interested in finding out how they can successfully exploit the full potential of digital technologies.
Social media expert Karim-Patrick Bannour (viermalvier) explained how to target potential employees and where the limits lie. Sandra Murauer from Fill is the developer of a talent factory and reported on how to bring new talent into the team in a playful way. AI expert Patrick Berger (Palfinger) gave an insight into how artificial intelligence can be used effectively in the HR sector.
Cyber security specialist Daniel Rossgatterer (Secutec) drew attention to the potential dangers of digitalization with his insight into the darknet. The final speaker at the event was rhetoric trainer and author Michael Ehlers, who wowed the audience with his explanations on the topic of "Big data - welcome to data prison: how we will love and live in the future".
"Future-oriented companies want to keep up in this fast-moving world," says Patrick Strauß, Managing Director of CORE smartwork. However, he points out: "The digital revolution brings with it enormous opportunities, but at the same time also harbors great dangers." At a time when technology is changing by the day and competition for skilled workers is becoming ever more intense, it is all the more important for companies to build a strong employer brand and face up to the challenges of digitalization. The 6th Employer Branding Forum not only showcased the relevant ideas, suggestions and innovations for this, but also once again provided the perfect opportunity to network and exchange views in the relaxed atmosphere of the Fill Future Dome.
