“A warm welcome” was extended on September 1, 2026, to 20 new apprentices and one intern in the “Agriculture & Business” program. Over the next three and a half years, our up-and-coming talent will complete their training in machine engineering, mechatronics, electrical systems engineering, machining technology, and operations logistics to become the skilled workers of the future.
Following the successful onboarding of the apprentices and a welcome breakfast with management and the training team, the initial focus is on basic training in the training workshop. There, they learn the most important fundamentals of their trade. In addition, the apprentices attend technical classes once a week - the perfect preparation for vocational school.
The start of the apprenticeship marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in life. We are delighted to accompany our apprentices on their journey and wish them every success, interesting insights, and an educational experience.
Team Players at Fill
In addition to technical training, Fill places great emphasis on helping team members get to know one another and grow together. That’s why, as early as their second week, the apprentices headed to the Lizumer Hütte in Tyrol for a workshop. Through various modules, the young men and women explored topics such as values, communication, and teamwork, and together laid the foundation for successful collaboration - true to the motto: We are one!
