Deloitte Austria and Raiffeisenlandesbank NÖ-Wien jointly honor excellently managed companies.
On September 21, 2022, 18 Austrian companies were honored with the "Austria's Best Managed Companies" award. Alongside groups such as Greiner, Internorm, HAI, Heinzel and Miba, Fill joins the list of award winners from Upper Austria. Three of our managing directors - Alois Wiesinger (CTO), Günter Redhammer (COO) and Martin Reiter (CSO) - accepted the award at a festive gala in Vienna.
As part of the "Austria's Best Managed Companies" program, the participating companies underwent a comprehensive "fitness check". The coaching process focused on the four key areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, governance and finance, and culture and commitment. In addition, the focus was on topics such as ESG and cyber security. During workshops with the companies' top management, the focus areas were analyzed together with experts from Deloitte. The findings from the coaching session, together with the very extensive application documents, were then evaluated by an independent jury and the winners selected.
