The Long Night of Apprenticeships on Friday, March 24, 2023, was simply awesome! We opened our doors from 2 to 8 p.m. and were delighted to welcome more than 250 visitors, to whom we were able to provide insights into our unique apprenticeship world and present Fill as an employer.
With a personal "Fill Guide," they went on a one-hour tour of the company in small groups. During this tour, Fill apprentices presented their apprenticeship professions at various stations and were available to answer all questions.
The highlight of the Long Apprenticeship Night followed at the end of the guided tour in the apprenticeship workshop. Here, visitors were able to try out the ten apprenticeships at Fill for themselves or, if they wanted to learn even more about them, they could arrange a trial day right away.
So much exciting knowledge made people hungry: in keeping with the motto "FILL your stomach," all visitors were therefore treated to a delicious burger from the KoCH Baukasten food truck from Mehrnbach.
