Fill received four top awards in five weeks.
Last fall, Fill received a slew of awards: between October 1 and November 7, Fill was named “Austria's Most Innovative Company,” honored as a “ray of hope in times of gloom,” and recognized as an “elite training company.” And as “EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025,” Managing Director Andreas Fill now ranks among the top echelons of Austrian management.
#1 – Fill is Austria's most innovative company
Good news on November 7: Fill took first place in the ranking by business magazine trend. and Statista with 91.5 points, making it Austria's most innovative company! "The top 100 are the elite of Austrian industrial companies. Winning by such a large margin is simply incredible. We can all be enormously proud of this!" says Andreas Fill, delighted with the fantastic result.
In addition to a seal identifying Fill as Austria's top innovative company for the next two years, the ranking was rewarded with the cover of trend. Premium magazine and a detailed report on the “inventive spirit from the Innviertel region.”
#2 - Austrias Best Managed Companies
“They do it better!” is the title of the magazine trend. It lists the 18 companies that have been honored by Deloitte as “Austria's Best Managed Companies 2025” and at the same time calls them “rays of hope in times of gloom: entrepreneurs and executives who act courageously and strategically despite headwinds.” One of these award-winning companies is Fill, for the third time after 2022 and 2023.
Representing the Fill team, Alois Wiesinger (CTO), Günter Redhammer (COO), Bettina and Andreas Fill (CEO and owners) accepted the award at a festive gala in Vienna on October 1. “We are very proud of our company and the entire team, because only together could we achieve this,” says Andreas Fill, delighted with the renewed award.
#3 - EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2026
On October 17, the auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young presented the coveted award for the 20th time at a ceremony held at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna. In the “Innovation & High Tech” category, CEO and owner Andreas Fill was named “EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025.” This award recognizes not only entrepreneurial courage, innovative strength, and sustainable growth, but also his commitment to employees, customers, and the entire region.

#4 – ineo Award for Exemplary Training Company 2025–2028
At the ineo gala on November 4 in Wels, Philipp Heißbauer and Susanna Pauzenberger accepted the award for exemplary training company - valid until 2028.
“The award confirms the highest standards in apprentice training and recognizes our continuous and exemplary commitment,” says Philipp Heißbauer, team leader for apprentice training, delighted with the recognition, adding, “A big thank you to all our colleagues who work every day to promote our young talent.”
