Gurten, March 14, 2022 – “Fill your future” is the credo of the internationally active machine engineer´s guiding principle. Visitors can gain an insight into the – possibly shared – future during the “Good Morning Tours” on April 1, 2022. “Dedicated employees are always welcome here with us. “Take a walk on the future side”
On April 1, 2022, visitors will be welcomed to the Fill Future Dome in Gurten with a continental breakfast. Following a short multimedia presentation of the company, one of the managing directors will lead a one-hour tour through the “Fill universe”. At various stations, visitors can gain an impression of what Fill is like as an employer. The areas visited include the various office buildings, workplaces in the production halls, training rooms, the Fill Future Zone digitalization center, the employee restaurant, the company´s in-house fitness studio, and several more. During the tour, the managing directors will provide important information about the different work areas (technology, production, software, logistics) and the various career paths. “We are always seeking committed specialists, skilled professionals, and managers who are keen to contribute their expertise and help us shape the future. Exciting business areas and interesting projects await our potential new additions to the Fill family,” says Andreas Fill.

The Good Morning Tours at Fill in Gurten will take place on April 1, 2022, to mark the Upper Austrian Job Week. The main building reception is the meeting place for all interested parties. Tours begin at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 AM. To ensure that the event runs as smoothly as possible, please register on the Upper Austrian Job Week website www.jobweek.at/betriebe in advance.
