Experience the fully automated formwork panel assembly line live at our headquarters in Gurten.
On this innovative system, formwork panels are pre-assembled fully automatically. A frame is nailed onto a prefabricated deck. Using a suction cup, the preconfigured core layer mat is placed precisely into the frame. The second deck is then also nailed onto the frame fully automatically. If necessary, surface defects in the panel can be repaired before it is transported to the flat-bed press.
