STEAM-FREE PRE-FOAMING OF PARTICLE FOAM
With the infrared pre-foaming technology patented by Fill, all thermoplastic particle foams can be continuously pre-foamed to the desired density without the use of steam. This eliminates the need for energy input for drying prior to further processing. A high degree of digitization guarantees a stable pre-foaming process.
