The 240 attendees from different fields of industry listened attentively to the reports from high-ranking speakers at the 1st employer branding forum in Gurten. There is a shortage of qualified personnel in many areas. Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solves the problem. Functional employer branding knows only winners. It lies in the interests of both (prospective) employees and employers. Both sides benefit. This was the key message from the forum on 17 November 2016, which was held for the first time in the Fill Future Dome in Gurten. In their presentations, the speakers highlighted the various aspects that need to be considered if you want to position yourself favorably as an employer
on the (employee) market. This is the only way to find and retain the ‘best minds’ for the long term.
