MULTILAYER - Laying thermoplastic tapes in high performance.
The newly developed machine with 16 laying heads and a speed of up to 1,000 mm/s lays tapes with a width of 50 mm. The material range extends from PA, PP up to PEEK. Fill´s application software TAPE STUDIO makes the machine very user-friendly.
With this system, the prepared fabrics are fully consolidated in a 2-step process. The semi-finished products then go directly into the injection molding process.
RTM PRODUCTION LINES FOR GFK LEAF SPRINGS
Fill develops and supplies complete production lines for composite components in mass production. From cutting and pre-forming to the integration of the RTM process, to finishing and component testing, Fill delivers everything from one source. Superordinate, all production and process data of the system are collected, documented and analyzed.
POLYURETHANE PROCESSING - MOLD CHANGE WITHOUT PRODUCTION DOWNTIME
Rotary table systems are perfectly suited for the mass production of molded parts made of polyurethane. To avoid downtime during mold change, Fill has developed a fully automatic tool changer for mold carriers. This enables a change in the production cycle. The tools are prepared, changed and cleaned externally. This turns rotary table systems into highly flexible production systems.
