The long-term trend of sensible resource use is increasingly influencing the design, production, and utilization of the entire environment in which we live.
At the same time, the intention is for vehicle electrification to play a decisive role in meeting individual mobility requirements in urban areas. In spite of ambitious political targets and national development programs, this has thus far been unsuccessful in making a widespread impression. Social acceptance problems are often cited as reasons here, as is the potentially still inadequate state of relevant technology.
