Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of a team in production
• Optimization of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement of productivity
• Responsibility for meeting project milestones and delivery deadlines (in-house and at the customer's premises)
• Motivation and development of employees in the team
• Creating and evaluating key production figures and reporting to production management
• Responsibility for the assigned cost centers

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, foreman) in the field of mechanical engineering or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in a management position
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Good technical understanding and a high sense of responsibility
