Your chance:

• Execution of customer correspondence and preparation of quotations as well as order confirmations
• Initial review of purchase orders or comparison with negotiation protocols
• Initiation and follow-up of contract review
• Invoicing of orders, project accounting in case of billing according to expenditure
• Processing of documentary transactions (L/C, bank guarantees, etc.)
• Preparation of various statistics (business statistics, incoming orders, turnover ...)
• Assistance in marketing activities for our customers at home and abroad
• Regular postings (information from the market, products, visits, team, etc. ) on various social media platforms
• Support at trade fairs
• Maintenance and support of the CRM system
• Support for system issues in ERP, CRM and document management
• Maintenance of various text modules for quotation, product management and project planning

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Work experience in the office area an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Independent, accurate and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent

• Minimum salary EUR 2.566,17 gross per month for full time, overtime will be compensated additionally, overpayment depending on qualification and experience
