Project Manager Software Engineering with a focus on .NET / C#
Your tasks:
- Leading and managing software development projects in the Microsoft technology environment (.NET, C#)
- Leading and managing AI projects in the areas of machine vision, deep learning, and industrial image processing
- Responsibility for project planning, resource management, budgeting, and meeting deadlines
- Conducting project monitoring and ensuring that goals are met
- Analyzing customer requirements and coordinating technical concepts with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating and providing technical leadership to development teams
- Creating and maintaining project plans, effort estimates, and risk assessments
- Ensuring software quality through appropriate development, testing, and review processes
- Supporting the continuous improvement of development processes and methods
- Working closely with product management, sales, system architecture, and quality assurance
- Supporting commissioning and rollouts at the customer site
Your profile:
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, university of applied sciences, university) in computer science, software engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET
- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures and development methods
- Experience leading distributed and interdisciplinary teams
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Understanding of industrial applications, mechanical engineering, or automation
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good English skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide and a Class B driver’s license
