• Inquiries and bid comparisons
• Conducting price negotiations and drafting contracts
• Order processing of technical procurement objects in the area of mechanical engineering/plant construction
• Master data maintenance (prices, delivery times, ...) and invoice verification
• Supplier support and development of strategic supplier relationships
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Supervision and monitoring of the supply chain with regard to performance, costs and quality

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, HLW or similar)
• Sociability and friendly demeanor
• negotiation skills
• English language skills, both written and spoken
• Quick comprehension, structured working method and good organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in purchasing is an advantage
• ERP knowledge (INFOR.COM) is an advantage
