Your tasks:

• Processing inquiries, purchase orders and order confirmations
• Ensuring material availability for production on schedule
• Obtaining quotations, processing complaints, dealing with urgent matters, checking and approving invoices
• Recording, preparation and maintenance of master data in the system
• Correspondence with suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the purchasing team and ensuring a smooth flow of communication

Your profile:

• Completed business education (apprenticeship, HAK, HLW, etc.) or completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or electronics
• Good computer skills
• Negotiating skills in dealing with business partners
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure  
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
