Your tasks:

• Preparation of NC programs for component machining
• Commissioning of the prepared programs on multi-axis machining units from Fill (Siemens 840D)
• Process optimization
• Performance of tool tests in consultation with the manufacturer and ongoing optimization
• NC corrections to meet customer requirements
• Project support through to acceptance by the customer

Your profile:

• Machining technician, mechatronics engineer or mechanical engineer training (apprenticeship, HTL higher school
  certificate)
• Willingness to travel and to undertake further training
• Programming skills in the field of Siemens 840 controllers (multichannel) advantageous
