• Main responsibility for the design and execution of taster days

• Socia Media representative for the apprentice area (TikTok, Instagram etc.)
• Technical training of apprentices in the electronic and mechanical fields
• Promotion and support of apprentices in their development
• Implementation of career orientation events in the company as well as in schools
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments and educational institutions

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering field
• Professional experience in apprentice training is an advantage
• Aapprentice trainer examination advantageous
• Enjoy working with young people and passing on knowledge
• Creativity and enthusiasm for social media
• Communicative personality who enjoys presenting
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and empathy
