Your tasks:

• Organization and management of lean workshops
• Supporting the lean experts at workshops, meetings and gemba walks
• Management and control of improvement projects
• Support with internal and external audits
• Process design for the quality management system
• Active participation in Fill idea management
• Supporting the company departments in improving workflows and processes

Your profile:

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, Uni etc.)
• Very good knowledge of lean or CIP management
• Communicative personality
• Passion for presenting to and moderating groups
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering is an advantage
